Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This site is operated by Amiel Seña (amielsena.com), a freelance WordPress developer based in Pampanga, Philippines. This policy explains what information I collect and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you book a discovery call, I collect your name, email address, and the time slot you choose. If the booking form asks for a phone number or a note about your project, I collect that too. This is the only information you actively give me.
When you submit a contact form, I collect whatever you type into it, along with your email address.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics records standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you arrived. This is anonymous and I cannot identify you from it.
My site uses Wordfence for security, which logs IP addresses of requests in order to block malicious traffic.
Why I collect it
Booking information is used to schedule and hold the call, and to send you the calendar invite and meeting link. Contact form submissions are used to reply to you. Analytics is used to understand which pages are useful. Security logs are used to keep the site online.
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who process it on my behalf.
Who processes your data
Google — Calendar and Meet, for scheduling your call and generating the meeting link. Google Analytics, for site statistics.
My web host, Hostinger, which stores the site and its database.
My email provider, for sending and receiving messages with you.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and for security. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long I keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return. Analytics data follows Google’s own retention settings. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will action it.
